Ms. Jacqueline Fields

Greeting Longhorn Family!

My name is Jacqueline Fields and "It's A Great Day To Be A LONGHORN!

I am a graduate of Arkansas State University where I received both my Masters and Bachelors of Science Education in Business.  I joined the Cedar Hill ISD family in 2002 with my very first teaching position.   Previously, I worked as a Financial Aid Advisor for Charter College in Anchorage, Alaska and Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and a Career and Academic Advisor for Freshman College students at Arkansas State University. Currently, I am going on my 20th year of teaching at Cedar Hill High School as a CTE Business Instructor.

My expectations is FUN LEARNING!  Plain and simple, I expect my students to learn all aspects of running a business, the software to create effective business proposals and documents and the ability to take the learned experiences in class and apply to the work-force.

My goals are to get every student in my class certified in Microsoft Office Specialist, Google Analytics, or Project Management.  I expect students to use everything in my class externally and share with others.  Pay it forward.  My teaching philosophy has allowed me to use students to grasp real-world concepts and simultaneously enjoy learning technology.  I strive to create a learning environment where students will learn the skills and certifications necessary to be competitive in the 21st century.

I am excited about this year. Thank you for the opportunity to teach your child.
